6 week online course(via Zoom), small group workshops covering:

Pregnancy yoga - learn safe ways to stay fit, active and healthy

Hypnobirthing - learn deep relaxation and other skills so you can prepare for a calm and gentle birth

Birth preparation - learn positions and movements that help your body to labour and give birth in the best way possible

Breathing techniques for pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond
-
Time to ask Alison all your pregnancy, birth and baby questions and speak with other pregnant mums

Bonus 1: access to pregnancy yoga and relaxation recordings each week

Bonus 2: option to be in a WhatsApp group with the other pregnant mums on the course for extra support and friendship in this new chapter of your life

Bonus 3: In the final 2 workshops (in January) your birth partner/s are welcome to join the last hour for questions and top tips for being a great birth partner

What to expect:
Every week will include all of the following:

pregnancy yoga - whether you are an experienced yogini or a complete beginner learn how to practice yoga in a nourishing and nurturing way that is safe for both you and your baby

access to yoga recordings - the yoga and relaxation part of each session will be recorded (only Alison will appear in the recording). You will be given access each week so you can do extra yoga and/or relaxation between each session

breathing techniques - you will learn powerful and easy to learn breathing techniques that can be used alongside hypnobirthing during your labour and birth

relaxation - every week you will get to experience, practice and enjoy relaxation time for you and your baby

hypnobirthing techniques - you will learn techniques that you can practice between sessions

birth preparation - this will be woven into all parts of the session so you feel confident and ready to give birth and meet your baby

question & answer sessions - there will always be time for your questions and any worries or concerns

How Alison can support you
I was a midwife for 22 years, I have cared for thousands of mums and babies and have been at over 1,200 births.
I am an advanced yoga teacher and have been teaching pregnancy yoga for 14 years.
I am a hypnobirthing teacher and a clinical hypnotherapist.
During this special course I draw on all my knowledge and experience from midwifery, the NHS, yoga, hypnotherapy and holistic health to ensure you feel completely supported, healthy and happy in your pregnancy.
