Service Description

Regain strength and fitness after your baby is born, re-tone and activate the pelvic floor and core. Say goodbye to 'jelly belly'. Your baby can come too of course. Have a blanket ready on your mat so your baby can lie down and be entertained by or join in your yoga practice. Time with other new mums, time to ask questions and seek support and connection.
