This is a gentle prenatal sequence that is perfect for anytime of the day once you are past 12 weeks pregnant. Practicing yoga on all-fours is excellent for helping your baby get into the best position possible for birth. If you have any health issues, pregnancy complications or injuries check with your doctor or midwife first that gentle prenatal yoga is safe for you and your baby. You can use this sequence to waken up your body at the start of your day. You can use this as a warm up sequence to prepare for a longer yoga practice when you have some extra time. You can also use this pregnancy sequence as a way to calm the nervous system down at the end of the day to help you get ready for a good night's sleep.
